Chef Andrey from Moscow visits Huvafen Fushi

Andrey Korobyak, a celebrated chef and restaurateur from Moscow, will host two dinners at their namesake restaurant SALT. On the 18th and 22nd of January 2022, Andrey will amaze diners with meals influenced by Nordic and Asian cuisines, perfectly merging it with the restaurants' current offers. Andrey relies on pure taste, naturalness, seasonality, and little heat treatment as a follower of Scandinavian cuisine.

Chef Andrey has also worked with Pierre Garnier, the iconic French chef and owner of the namesake Pierre Gagnaire restaurant at 6 Rue Balzac in Paris, as well as the renowned Noma and Maaemo restaurants. After returning to Estonia, he worked at Egoist, Tallinn's top restaurant, and the 3 Sisters design hotel before relocating to Moscow and co-founding MS, Moscow's best Nordic restaurant, and subsequently leading the kitchen at YURA.
