Salt Cafe & Restaurant welcomes their new Executive Chef

Mohamed Adil is the new executive chef at Salt Café & Restaurant. He has an energy and willingness to learn that has carried him from his initial work as an apprentice at Four Seasons to his most recent role as executive sous chef at Dhigali Maldives. He is a dedicated and passionate cook with a natural ability to communicate with both visitors and fellow team members.
Chef Adil has won three times the title of Best Maldivian Chef and has represented his country in international contests. He began holding private dinners during this period, including a sumptuous seven-course Four Hands meal at Salt. Chef Adil is eager to introduce resort-style dining to the local community, and joining Salt will provide him the opportunity to do so.
