Chef Carlo Di Nunzio has been named Executive Chef at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. Chef Carlo, who is originally from Torino, Italy, has over 32 years of culinary experience, skills, and management. He maintains that cooking is the only work on the planet that elicits optimistic emotions in others.
Chef Carlo traveled the globe in his quest to delight even the most discerning and difficult-to-please clients. With the aim of bettering himself, he has served in major hotel chains and Michelin-starred restaurants. Chef hopes that by cooking food from the freshest ingredients, visitors at Hideaway can really experience how amazing food will taste. He never stops studying and likes to learn about the craft from local chefs.
