The pristine Lhaviyani Atoll's Kuredu Island Resort & Spa has created a new seafood and plant-based menu at its sea-facing restaurant, Beach Shack. Kuredu introduces a new menu inspired by the 'produce-to-plate' mentality in response to the expanding, health-conscious, and ethically-minded guest profile. The new menu will be served at the resort's Beach Shack restaurant on the island's north shore, which is located right on the beach.
Kuredu has launched a new seafood and vegan à la carte menu that adheres to the restaurant's "produce-to-plate" philosophy. It includes regionally picked produce, seafood sourced locally, and a daily harvest from Kuredu's greenhouse and organic garden. There are also tasting menus available, which allow customers to experience six carefully selected items from the new seafood menu.
The Beach Shack Restaurant at Kuredu Island Resort & Spa is one of the Maldives' 14 restaurants and bars. All of them are dedicated to using superior, fresh, and one-of-a-kind ingredients supplied from a diverse network of local producers and suppliers. The Far East features flavor-perfect Japanese food and other authentic Asian favorites, as well as all-day dining Franco's, which serves Mediterranean cuisine, and Sangu Restaurant, which serves foreign and local cuisine in a romantic setting.
