Etihad Airways is offering roundtrip flights from Chicago to the Maldives for as little as $675 between October 2021 and April 2022. The island archipelago is one of the few places in the globe where you can relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about COVID-19 regulations. Isolation comes easily for vacationers because the resorts are on their own private islands.

The Maldives is a popular tourist destination for Americans. The Maldives are open to visitors from all around the world with no limitations. Upon arrival in the island archipelago, all nationalities will be issued a tourist visa. Maldives visitor arrivals topped 450,000 by the end of May 2021. This year, the island nation hopes to welcome 1.5 million visitors.
