For the eighth time in a row, Emirates has been named "Best Airline in the World." 'Airline with the Best First Class' and 'Airlines with Best Economy Class' were also awarded to the airline. In order to modernize the air travel experience, the airline has stepped up its digital strategy. Its biometric path and touchless check-in have been launched and ramped out, giving further confidence and fulfilling evolving customer expectations.
Emirates began testing the IATA Travel Pass in April, and by the end of May, it will be available on all flights. When it launched free Covid-19 coverage to let customers fly with more confidence, the airline was a trailblazer in the business. Emirates has extended its tier status to its members until 2022, and it continues to introduce new opportunities to earn miles, including as online and in-store shopping, co-branded credit cards, and other brand collaborations. Customers have increased protection while planning and rebooking their vacations, with a seamless rebooking experience for up to 36 months if their circumstances change.
Emirates' First Class service is often regarded as one of the most opulent in the skies. Customers flying on the airline's flagship A380 may also expect an in-flight Shower Spa, an Onboard Lounge, and a variety of other amenities that elevate flying to a new level. Emirates has replaced its Economy seats onboard its new A380 with better ergonomically built seats with complete leather headrests and flexible side panels. Tray tables have an attractive wood grain finish, and each seat has a 13.3" personal screen.
