Mohamed Adil, a Maldivian chef, was promoted to Executive Sous Chef at Dhigali Maldives. In 2016 and 2019, Adil was named Best Maldivian Chef at Food Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Adil, who has nearly a decade of culinary experience, aspires to be recognized as a chef who can transform ordinary ingredients into gold.
