MACL has started a staff health screening program

Today marks the start of the 2022 worker health screening program at Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL). The program is a project of the safety and security compliance department and aims to promote a healthy way of life among MACL employees. In order to protect employees and visitors from illness and injury, it seeks to improve health awareness and promote health across Velana International Airport.

Senior management members and managing director Mr. Mahjoob participated in the screening program today. The health screening program comprises medical consultation, genetic counseling, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat measures checks, as well as checks for thalassemia, sugar level checks, eye and ear exams, and cardio muscular risk assessment. Together with Dhamana Veshi and Maldives Blood Services, the initiative is run. The MACL Staff Health Screening Program runs from September 11 through September 13.
