MMPRC and ITAKA have launched a collaborative campaign

This campaign tries to increase Italians' interest in and affection for the Maldives. Due to global travel limitations and health rules, market arrivals have decreased dramatically since the outbreak. With 46,690 arrivals in 2020, Italy was the fourth most popular source market for visitors to the Maldives. As of December 1st, the Maldives have received nearly 1,320,124 Italian tourists.
MMPRC has approximately 60 in-person events planned for 2022, including 11 fairs, roadshows, and events in the first quarter alone. Google ads will be placed on major Polish websites and portals, as well as on social media platforms, and push messages and emails will be sent to potential tourists through the Polish travel trade. During the campaign, 150 stores across Poland will display slides with destination marketing on App TV.
