The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, has launched a new gastronomic experience called Arabesque. At Fari Marina Village, Arabesque, an eye-catching replica of a typical Bedouin tent, takes customers on a voyage from Lebanon to North India. Mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats, and classic street fare are served in a sunken dining room with hanging lanterns and colorful linens. Flavorful hookahs, Turkish coffee, Moroccan tea, and inventive cocktails are available with the dishes.
Arabesque is a restaurant on the island of Cagliari's Fari Marina Village. Mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats, and classic street fare are on the menu, which is inspired by Lebanese and North Indian cuisine. Flavorful hookahs, Turkish coffee, Moroccan tea, and inventive cocktails are available with the dishes. Chef Mohammed Negm Eldin, who formerly worked at Landaa Giraavaru and other globally famous restaurants, continues to appreciate island life at Arabesque.
