Emirates will restore capacity across 29 cities on its network on over 270 flights, as well as fine-tuning its schedules to enhance frequencies and capacity, in response to the UAE lowering entrance rules for 12 countries* and the UK moving the UAE to its 'amber list.' In the first half of this year, the airline also expects to raise flight frequency by 1%.
Emirates will boost its UK operations with a six-times-daily London Heathrow flight. By October, the airline will operate 73 weekly flights to and from the United Kingdom, including two daily A380 flights to Manchester. Houston, Boston, and San Francisco will all see increased service from the carrier. Emirates has restarted passenger service to more than 120 destinations, nearly restoring its pre-pandemic network. In line with market trends and operating conditions, the airline continues to develop its network in a safe and sustainable manner, balancing capacity with demand.
At every step of the customer journey, Emirates has implemented a thorough set of safety precautions. Emirates continues to lead the market with cutting-edge goods and services that cater to the changing demands of travelers. Flexible booking policies for the airline have been extended until May 31, 2022.
