Lily Hotels appoints their new GDOSM

Lily Hotels' two award-winning luxury resorts, Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa and Lily Beach Resort have appointed Desislav Gospodinov as Group Director of Sales & Marketing. He provides more than ten years of sales management expertise as well as an international track record spanning Europe and Asia. He has worked for Hilton, Starwood, and Yastrebets in Sofia, Bulgaria, since 2005, and has demonstrated sales experience with upscale venues and prominent personalities.

The new Director of Operations at Lily Beach Resort & Spa is a familiar face, having previously worked at Lily Beach as Director of Sales & Marketing from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Desislav was in charge of sales in the Maldives as well as expansion into other markets in Asia and the Americas. He intends to reengage markets that have been impacted by the epidemic in order to strengthen the brand's competitive position.
