Innahura Maldives has established its own sustainable food garden on the premises, which grows a wide range of vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices. Many of the kitchen's supplies, such as cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, green peppers, and radishes, as well as tropical fruit like watermelons and bananas, come from the resort's garden, which is less than 100 meters away.
The creative chefs use organic vegetables from the resort's 12m wide and 30m long sustainable garden to incorporate into the resort's F&B outlets' menus. The resort is also intending to create a new experience for its guests, in which they will be able to visit the garden and learn about how fruit and vegetables are grown on the island, as well as how this project contributes to environmental stewardship.
