Sarocha earned her bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. Her career in the hospitality industry began in 2017 as a Resident Marine Biologist on the island of Koh Samui in Thailand. She went on to create an activity to encourage people to protect the marine ecosystem. She is passionate about tourism management and growth that is both sustainable and profitable. She is collaborating with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on a mission in ASEAN focused on low-carbon tourism.
The resort was recently recertified by Green Globe for the second year in a row, and it revealed that it is now using a solar power system as part of its ongoing sustainability efforts on the island. Guests can sample cuisine from three restaurants, relax in the award-winning overwater spa, and participate in a variety of marine and watersports activities. The resort is also ideal for families, with the Beach Club and Little Explore's Kids Club providing games and entertainment. Grand Park Kodhipparu in the Maldives is only a 20-minute speedboat trip from Male's Velana International Airport.
