Le Meridien Resort & Spa has selected Thomas Schult as their new GM

After more than 20 years of service with Marriott, Thomas Schult has been named the new general manager of Le Meridien Maldives Resort & Spa. He has held a variety of positions, including Market Director of Revenue Strategy in Europe and Asia, and he specializes in revenue management. As the General Manager of Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa and Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort, he has also finished two Task Force operations.

Thomas recently began a new position at the opulent resort Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa, which is situated in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The resort, which is situated on the island of Thilamaafushi, which is described in Dhivehi, the language of the Maldives, as "island surrounded by vast lagoon," is inspired by the formation of atolls, surrounding reefs, and marine life. It is a lush, eco-friendly refuge surrounded by coral reefs teeming with marine life and overflowing in green vegetation and fauna. Thomas is eager to collaborate with the team to promote this opulent resort and ultimately entice guests to the venue.
