It is mandatory that the guests use this channel for any and all transfers. • We do not undertake responsibility for unsuitable tides, weather, and sea conditions causing disruptions, delays or cancellation of any transfers. Costs incurred due to same will not be refundable in such cases. • Due to severe weather conditions, if guests cannot be transferred to (only) the resort from Malé, the resort will relocate the guest in the city in a tourist accommodation, based on availability. • The transfer time duration is approximate and may change depending on conditions such as weather, tides, rough seas. • There will be a waiting time of up to two hours for sea plane transfers. This may vary depending on weather and other external conditions. During such times, guests will be accommodated at the Adaaran Lounge. • In some cases, with seaplane transfers, the luggage may not be transported on the same flight as the flight the passengers' travel and it may be forwarded on a later flight or via speedboat.
